This Shipping Policy explains how Royal Research Group processes, ships, tracks, and addresses delivery-related matters for orders placed through the Royal Research Group website.

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy and the applicable Terms of Service.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one business day after payment and any applicable order reviews are completed.

Processing times are estimates and may vary because of order volume, product availability, payment review, compliance review, holidays, or other operational circumstances.

Orders placed outside normal business days may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Available shipping methods, estimated transit times, and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout based on the order and destination.

Shipping options may vary according to destination, carrier availability, package requirements, and other operational factors.

Selecting an expedited shipping method affects carrier transit service and does not necessarily shorten order-processing time unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Review the shipping address carefully before submitting an order. If an address correction is needed, contact Royal Research Group as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun or an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Royal Research Group is not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated address information provided with an order, except where required by applicable law.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided when available after an order has been processed and transferred for shipment.

Carrier tracking systems may require time to update after a shipping label is created or a package enters the carrier network. A temporary delay in tracking updates does not necessarily indicate that a shipment has been lost.

Delivery Estimates

Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, destination restrictions, address issues, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances outside Royal Research Group’s reasonable control.

Royal Research Group does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless an express written guarantee is provided for the applicable order.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit is subject to the carrier’s network and operating conditions.

Royal Research Group is not responsible for carrier delays outside its reasonable control. A carrier delay by itself does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement.

If a shipment experiences an unusual or extended delay, Royal Research Group may assist with reviewing available tracking information or contacting the carrier where appropriate.

Lost Shipments

If tracking information indicates that a shipment may be lost in transit, contact Royal Research Group with the applicable order and tracking information.

Royal Research Group may initiate or assist with a carrier investigation. Resolution will depend on tracking records, carrier findings, delivery information, and other relevant circumstances.

Orders marked delivered by the carrier may require additional review before a replacement, refund, or other resolution is approved.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, retain the products, shipping box, packaging materials, labels, and other relevant materials whenever possible and contact Royal Research Group promptly.

Photographs or other supporting information may be requested to evaluate the issue or support a carrier claim.

Damaged-shipment resolutions are handled according to the Refund, Return & Order Resolution Policy.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If a shipment contains an incorrect product or is missing an item included in the confirmed order, contact Royal Research Group promptly.

Incorrect and missing-item claims are reviewed according to the Refund, Return & Order Resolution Policy.

Domestic Shipping

Royal Research Group ships to destinations made available during checkout, subject to carrier availability, destination restrictions, product restrictions, and applicable law.

Availability of a shipping option during checkout does not relieve the purchaser of responsibility for determining whether the products ordered may lawfully be purchased, received, possessed, or used within the destination jurisdiction.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, if offered, will be displayed during checkout for eligible destinations.

International shipments may be subject to customs review, import restrictions, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier charges, or other destination-specific requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchaser is responsible for determining and satisfying applicable destination requirements and charges.

Royal Research Group does not guarantee customs clearance or delivery where a shipment is delayed, rejected, held, returned, or otherwise affected by destination-specific requirements or governmental action.

If international shipping is not offered for a destination during checkout, Royal Research Group does not currently accept orders for shipment to that destination through the website.

Returned or Undeliverable Shipments

A shipment may be returned to Royal Research Group because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, carrier restrictions, destination restrictions, or other delivery issues.

Returned or undeliverable shipments will be reviewed based on the circumstances. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested and approved, except where the delivery issue resulted from an error by Royal Research Group or where applicable law requires otherwise.

A returned shipment does not automatically qualify for a refund, replacement, or reshipment.

Risk, Storage, and Handling After Delivery

After delivery, purchasers are responsible for promptly receiving, storing, and handling products according to applicable product specifications, labeling, and available documentation.

Royal Research Group is not responsible for degradation, contamination, or loss of product integrity resulting from improper storage, handling, transportation, environmental exposure, or other conditions occurring after delivery.

This section does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Relationship to Other Policies

The Refund, Return & Order Resolution Policy governs eligibility and procedures for refunds, replacements, damaged shipments, incorrect or missing items, cancellations, and other order-resolution matters. The Research Use Disclaimer governs research-use restrictions and purchaser responsibilities applicable to Royal Research Group products.

If a specific policy governs a particular issue, that policy controls for that issue unless expressly stated otherwise.
